Firstly, we ask what the timescales are for the project. Then we ask you to fill in a brief (see below) so we get a better understanding of of what you want. We discuss all sorts of things, from the product(s) or service(s) that you want to promote, offline marketing, etc. Then we deliver you a proposal to approve. After the proposal is approved, and a partial payment has been made (50% of the total project cost) then we proceed to the planning stage. This is where the website or web application's specification is implemented - technology, etc. The next stage is execution - where we develop the website or web application according to the specification. Then comes testing, to make sure everything is running smoothly. After the testing process has been complete, we then deploy the website or application on the live server.
A design brief is essential to any design project - it provides the designer with information in order for them to exceed your expectations.
It also provides the client with a tool to focus on exactly what they want to achieve from the design project. It helps us to determine what you like and don't like.
A design brief is beneficial for the client and the designer. A clear, effective brief ensures that a project is successful and is delivered on time and on budget.
It's use is to focus on the business objectives of the design project, focusing on results and outcomes.
The design brief needs to be concise so that we can understand your problem and figure out the best way to solve it.
A clear design brief will save the client money in the long run and allow us to work on an efficient design that meets requirements.
Our method is to quote a per-project fee, rather than a daily rate. With this in mind, a well thought-out, clear brief and a proper consultative process will rarely require more than a few rounds of revision anyway.
Revisions can be requested, and will be charged at the hourly rate. We cannot allow a project to become financially unfeasible for us.
We will sit down with you and find out all about your business, goals, motivation and what you want to achieve from your website. We'll look at keyword effectiveness, competitor analysis, on-page optimisation, off-page optimisation and anything else that might be effecting your SEO rankings.
Our prices are a guideline - if you choose a package and want additional options, these will have to be taken into consideration. All our listed prices are exclusive of VAT.

Some had different feature sets and not all pages displayed correctly in all of them. Now the browser market is dominated by just a few players: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome.
